Facu's Pisco Sour

for 2 glasses

Pisco 2 parts
Juice of a lemon
1 whole egg
Ice
Sugar 3 teaspoons

Put everything in a food processor blitz until smooth and frothy.
Rub the used lemon around the edges of the glass turn-upside down on a bed of sugar to get a sugar rim.
